Media Information for Race Day

1.  Media parking TBD with VIP parking.

2.  Media credentials can be picked up at the Media Tent within the Expo area near the start/finish area.  Lanyards and badges as well as a select number of vests will be for the media.  The Media Tent will be combined with the Volunteer Tent and will open at 7:30 a.m.

3.  A work room with WiFi is currently being arranged. Information will be available at the Media Tent.

4.  A post-race Q&A session is to be arranged at the podium at the completion of the awards ceremony.  Details will be announced on race day.

5.  Media, including photographers, with the proper credentials will be able to move about the race course and will have access to the Media/VIP car as part of the on-the-course race caravan during the race.  There will also be a manlift (like those used by utilities) for aerial views of the race.

6.  We are working on preparing a race-day information packet to be distributed from the Media Tent.
